Problem Note 45828: SAS® BI Dashboard might stop responding when there is not enough space to display the indicator
When creating an indicator with a chart on it, SAS BI Dashboard might stop responding if there is not enough space to display the indicator. Specifically, this problem can occur as the chart is being rendered when the X axis labels exceed the space defined for the indicator. When this happens, SAS BI Dashboard eventually stops responding and cannot recover.
As a workaround, use less data (which requires fewer X axis labels) in order to create the indicator. While in the indicator properties, change the X axis labels from Truncate and Rotate to Truncate to allow the chart to display. Then, when using all of your data, the chart should display without issue.
